I started doing pilates in June 2015 after deciding to take control back of my life and become healthy and fit. After increased weight gain, I suffered from chronic knee and back pain. I regurlarly took prescription medication to ease the pain. My first class challenged my body in ways I had not experienced before and fell in love with it. I instantly starting taking classes on the regular basis and saw major transformations in her body. To date, I have lost over 110 lbs and no longer takes medication. My love for Pilates took me on a journey to become a teacher and wishes to share my passion and success through teaching.

Sherry Sereg started her Pilates journey in 2016 her passion for fitness and a cardio junkie she knew it was time to look at other avenues of fitness and still fulling her passion for a full body workout, from many years of teaching Martial Arts, Cycling, TRX, Soul Body Barre and IIN Nutrition Councilor, Sherry discovered the benefits of Pilates a full body workout using mind, body and spirt. Sherry is energetic and passionate about helping others reach their fitness endeavors!

Itzel A is a comprehensively certified Pilates instructor. She has been teaching Pilates for over 3 years and takes pride and passion into her practice; and towards helping others achieve their goals as well!

In 2012 I began my journey into the fitness world and never turned back. I became a certified personal trainer and shortly after starting teaching barre class. Pilates has always been something that I have thought about pursuing and finally recently decided to take the steps to become certified. Diving head first into Pilates has been an amazing journey and I have fallen in love even more. I look forward to sharing my love with so many others.
Amanda has performed in theaters across the country as a dancer/musical theatre performer and is a member of Actor’s Equity Association. She earned her BA in the Arts with concentrations in Dance and Musical Theatre from Empire State University and is a graduate of the historic 92nd St Y’s Dance Education Laboratory. Amanda was on the dance faculty at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy’s NY campus for five years before relocating to the Inland Empire, where she is currently a Pure Barre instructor, faculty at AMDA’s LA campus, and an instructor at Club Pilates. Strengthening her mind and body through Pilates has been such a joy, and teaching movement to others is Amanda’s passion. She’s so excited to share that passion here at Club Pilates Upland!

Kim began her journey with Pilates in 2010 while she was working as a photographer and competing in Western Dressage with her horse, Lilly. Kim found the workout beneficial for balance and stamina with both her job and her riding and loved the changes it made to body. Kim continued practicing Pilates and, when she retired from photography and moved to Southern California, she decided to take the next step and turn her passion into a new career. Kim loves spending time with her family and all their animals and believes Pilates truly is the best way to improve your entire life

Gigi Ali came to Pilates as an experienced HIIT Bootcamp instructor. Her passion for the Pilates method was found after undergoing a spinal injury brought on by high impact exercise and heavy weight lifting. Gigi believes that one of the greatest benefits of Pilates is its focus on core strength being that it is primary in developing balance throughout the entire body and not only in Pilates class but in everyday life as we are constantly being pulled down by gravity. She finds happiness and fulfillment in teaching others correct movement and creating a safe and fun environment for her students. You can expect a thorough yet fun approach in her classes while improving balance, body awareness and strength.
