Description
Dr. JoAnn Henwood is a national and state-board certified optometrist specializing in primary eye care as well as pre and post-op care for surgical patients. Dr. Henwood has a passion for patient education and believes patient involvement in their care leads to better visual outcomes. She has been caring for patients at Pacific Eye Institute since 2016 and today is the supervising OD. Dr. Henwood is a member of the Beta Sigma Kapa Optometric Honor Society and was awarded inclusion in the Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges honor program. In her spare time, Dr. Henwood enjoys boating and camping with her family.
